This new in house design from detectingbits.com now replaces the aging coil strengtheners  as we know them.
Fits the Equinox 600,700,800 and 900.

Fits 6", 11" and 15" coils. All types of coil and makes as long as it’s made for the Equinox.

Fits any shaft type as long as it’s made for the Equinox, standard,teleknox,detect'ed etc.

The Equinox functions as normal with no difference in feel or performance.

Our tighter fit shaft lobe stops you overtightening the coil, and locks the coil in place  without the need to overtighten the bolt like the standard version.

Made from tough durable rubber, internal shock system, waterproof, heatproof, mud proof!.

The main reason the equinox coil lugs or shafts are breaking is due to the leverage force transmitted through the detectors shaft, or overtightening of the coil bolt. Whether you lean on the detector to get up, let it fall from the spade handle, or simply using it in heavy stubble or rocky ground, the coil lugs are at risk. This includes the new version 700 & 900 coil lugs which are also breaking even though they were redesigned!.

By removing the ability of the shaft to lever against the coil lugs it is now impossible for the shaft to break the lugs or itself,all lateral impact/twisting forces are now passed on to the "NOX SHOCK", even if you use the detector as a walking stick to help you get up ( Stop doing that!) The Nox Shock simply soaks up all the movement and stops it being transmitted to the coil and its lugs. 

The old style coil stiffeners simply reinforce the lug area, and whilst our top selling design the "BEAST" has worked well for the last 5 years with thousands of customers worldwide, its time to address an old problem with a new solution. We listened to your feedback, and what you wanted , and that was, "one size to fit all coils". 

We have worked hard to come up with a new design and our product testers have put it through its paces for the last 5 months out in the fields. Some fine tuning and tension adjustments in the design department and we are now ready to release the "NOX SHOCK"

In the past you would need a  specific coil stiffener for each coil size, 6",11", and 15",So 3 times the cost!. The new "Nox Shock" replaces all 3 with one solution, and fits all 3 coil sizes!. (Any Brand!)
Not only this, but the "Nox Shock"also fits any Equinox shaft, from standard to teleknox, or any other brand made for the equinox.

If you use one of our coil repair parts as your lugs have already broken, don’t worry you can still use the Nox Shock with a stiffener/repair part and have the best of both worlds!.
